The Aviateur is an ultra modern bakery which had been founded in the early 30's. Inspired by a progressive, young mentality and through a highly innovative and efficient way of production the sales of Aviateur are still increasing at a faster rate than that of the total market.

Broek op Langedijk 
In today's premises at Broek op Langedijk (1995) De Aviateur operates computer controlled ovens and production lines for a wide range of cakes and pastries. Beside the three modern production lines the sales, fiancial administration, logistics and R&D department are also established in Broek op Langedijk. 

Alkmaar
In December 1999 De Aviateur acquired the shares of Driehoek Banket thereby enriching the product range. In addition to the retail market Driehoek is also successful in institutional sales for which the name Driehoek Banket is now exclusively used.

Assen
Vanderheul Bakery is producer of a large assortment of traditional biscuits like eclairette twins, cream doubles, peanut crunchy and luxury assortment. The production takes place in Assen. Since early 2002 Vanderheul is part of De Aviateur. De most important clients are the Dutch retailers as well as some export markets like Germany, Belgium and Scandinavia.
